After Polying I got these weird kinda like yellowish color marks. I used this same type everytime.

I'm thinking that the poly was dried a little and then i went over it again a little because A drop had fell from the top (no more than 10 minutes). I did the same thing with the stain.

I will get pictures ASAP

I'm not seeing what you're talking about. The picture looks like an old beat up floor to me, not newly refinished. Takes some pics from further away to give us a bigger view.

Ya, I agree it looks like an abused floor.

What did you use to get the old finish off the floor?

Looks like the stain didn't penetrate, like it had a contaminate that wasn't removed, like Murphys Oils Soap, or Pledge furniture polish.

Please tell me you sanded this floor with a big drum or belt sander, and an edger.

Its the indent of one of those stick out windows. This was just put in and the wood had nothing on it. The lighter part on the wood (the par that looks abused), on the left bottom
and those scratches where just sanding

I looks to me like it is one of two things. Either the stain wasn't completely dry when you put the first coat of poly on it and the poly dissolved and pulled some of the stain out and/or you sanded through the first coat of poly and removed some of the stain when you were prepping the first coat for a second coat. Of course, it may be something else but this is what it appears to be by the pics you've posted.
