Will I need to resand in order to get rid of the swirl marks and the tiny raised bumps on the floor? The swirls marks and bumps can be seen throughout the entire area andsometimes it is uncomfortable to walk on bare footed. Is it possible for me to buff out the bumps/debris?

pls see photos and share your thoughts.

A buffer with a thin white nylon pad and a fresh 100 grit screen will smooth the floor. You will need to apply two coats of poly to make the surface look great. A lot of powder will need to be made. Buff between coats with 120 grit screen.

The debris I can see maybe complaining about. Prolly should have vacc'd better but all in all it looks ok.
Standing position and not in reflective light is the standard for visual inspection of a finished floor. Not a magnifying glass inches from the floor.
