We are installing carbonized bamboo over hardwood flooring. We plan on putting down a 1/4 underlayment and gluing. Does this seem like the best idea? If so, what glue would you recommend? Thanks!

So you would recommend gluing over nailing? is the underlayment necessary? Thanks!
