I am interested in finding out if I should use a water based poly, or a hardwax oil such as Rubio Monocot, or Osmo.... I have heard that the maintenance of the hardwax oil is more, but it seems better hen re-sanding every 7 to 10 years, has anyone had any experience with hardwax oil... Thanks Rob
