Hi all, newb here.
Looking to have around 1300sq hickory installed and I wasn't able to find a post that suggests the better mfgrs from which to choose. The home's original owner and his brother built it and while modest, used the absolute best materials. We're looking to maintain that quality as this will likely be our forever(30+ years) home where we can have kids come to visit and still have our freedom to travel as we approach and enter retirement years.
What are the top 4 or 5 mfgrs to consider from your, the professional installer, perspective? 3/4" x 3" range is preferable dimension.
Thanks

Find a distributor near where you live and ask them what company they use. You will find a reliable company and be able to have confidence in getting the product delivered that will be close to the correct moisture content for your area.
Where are you located?

Natural finished? Stained color? Although 80% of my sales are engineered due to the thick wear layer, I also offer a solid 3/4 inch x 3 1/4". Longer lengths than others.

Thank you. I am in south central Iowa and have reached out to a distributor to schedule a visit.
