I just resanded and finished 1000 feet of Brazilian cherry I coated it with 1 coat bona seal and two coats of bona Mega satin. Problem is that you can see heavy roller lines that are wet in appearance also I entire back hall the finish is splotchy and wet looking in some areas? I put one coat on a day. Mixed the containers thoroughly? What is going on here?

It is always a good idea to strain the finish. You may have unmixed satining agent that did not get mixed completely. It's too bad that the containers don't fit a modern paint shaker. Automotive paint strainers are cheap and you will know if there are any "solids" that still need to be mixed.
