hi. I am a cabinetmaker who used to do flooring for about a year before doing cabinets. my girlfriends parents are looking for a buff and coat. when i did flooring we used streetshoe alot. they are looking for something very durable. i was wondering which of these systems worked the best. bona traffic, trek +, or a believe its called moisture cure . ived used trek+ but i havnt used bona traffic or moisture cure. I heard moisture cure is commercial grade stuff and needs respirators. any info can help . thanks

I would use street shoe, you are already familiar with and it is a very durable finish.

I was kind of leaning forwards trek + because I have also used that before and a know it's a little harder but I believe I can handle that. Now does it matter what type of finish I am putting it over ? Does is have to be a wAter based finish already on the floor or will it adhere to oil based with the proper buffing?

u can put water over oil or oil over water as long as original finish is cured..

you can NOT put moisture cure over anything other than moisture cure..

if you dont have experience applying moisture cure,,,STAY AWAY..
