To get a cabin grade floor to be serviceable is a lot more work than using select grade, or #1 common.

Cabin grade is not a real recognized grade. You will have different requirements from different manufacturers. You will need to be aware of missing T&G, unsquare ends, shakes (where the grain has separated on growth rings), loose knots, worm holes (some may show after the floor has been sanded), rot attacked wood (punky), thin boards and broken boards. Some may be used if the mechanic has a solution. Others are just firewood. Each board will need to be inspected, since it's more than likely that there is a defect. Short boards will predominate.
