Hey all, I have a 12" Clarke Classic belt machine. This thing is leaving chatter as bad as a drum machine. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it might be doing this. Also does anyone have any knowledge on what drum pressure should be? It does not seem like any bearings are bad at this point. Thanks.....

Fan belt loose...number 1.

2) staple/nail stuck in drum

3) top roller has build up or whole assembly need cleaning.

i suspect a fan belt though..
