They've been out now for about four years. Anbody seeing problems with seperation or other issues? I was a skeptic at first but haven't heard any complaints.

How about you guys in desert climates? See any shrinkage? I heard one comment about it this week.

None what so ever. Despite what I've read, and worried about how only the uniclick patent is zero tolerence, none of the kahrs or award jobs I ve done have gapped. Most, ( well all actually) are for very picky people who have shown no qualms about calling me for the slightest concern. I think these products are far more stable then a laminate. Only my opinion.

Thanks Steve:

What kind of seasonal Rh range do you have up there in Northern Cal? Your comments are always appreciated :)

I installed the Shaw longstrip flooring in our living room 2 years ago.
Red oak, 3 ply. Click toether type.
RH varies from 25% in winter to 65% in summer. No gapping.

New construction, no heat on, temps usually 38-50 in the winter, rh at that temp is 50-65. Wood subfloor. Went down to the valley to bid a job, same temp, but rh was 75-80 over 2 day period. I guess it was due to the slab floor. Interiors, once heated, usually 35-40, some varience with type of heat. Wood stoves really drop the rh, my little meter doesn't read below 30.
