5 coats of Poly going to cause problems?

I've done 3 coats so far but am finding the finish a little anemic and a little light -- most likely because i am using water based poly.

I'm going to add a little tint to the next coat. Just wondering If i can do a 5th coat if I'm happy with how the tinted Poly is adjusting the color.

yes you can do 5 6 or 7 coats
