Planning to get some thin cork and combine it with QuietWalk. On top is 3/8" Lowe's styleselections (Armstrong) engineered wood.

Trying to decide whether the cork would be better sandwiched between the vapor barrier and the directly underside of the wood, vs. between the concrete and mat underlay.

Opinions? Thanks.

Cork will swell when it gets damp. Better to cover the moisture barrier with the cork.

Pretty sure your not allowed to use two underlayments. The Quietwalk is sufficient. If in doubt call the manufacturer.
