Hello!

We just moved into our new home and wanted to match the existing hardwood at the entrance and dining room. Dimensions are 3/4" x 3-1/4". Looks like maple to me but not sure.

We were hoping to find a floor with matching finish so that we didn't have to sand and refinish but I'm not sure that'll be possible.

At this point I would be happy with finding the same wood species (preferably unfinished?) to hopefully get a continous look after sanding the existing floor and refinishing everything.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

American Cherry. Not sure what grade.

Matching new prefinished with old won't work as Cherry is extremely sensitive to color change. You could install unfinished and sand all at the same time, but you may still see a difference.
