Dave's impressive. I watched one of his videos...and ended up watching them all :wink:

Pretty cool that he's in the type of demand that allows him to travel, to install jobs.

You know Ive always been amazed that people would be willing to pay for that kind of service but man it would be neat. Dave has spent a ton of time setting himself apart from the production paid crews we see normally but, I hope his big head doesnt get in the way too much. Didnt seem as arrogant in front of his client as he normally comes off in his post ive read. Personally I think the floor is kinda bla . The technique is perfect but I just think waterborne finishes on old heart pine look like poo. Really good videos though nice work Dave.

His hand scraping certainly looks better than the machine made repititive look prefinished manufacturers make.

I'm not so sure about the higher spots.....the peak of the scrape holding up better. Seems to me it would wear faster there and if you screen it it's gone, no? Seems like to do a recoat it would have to be sanded flat unless your using the abrader. I like the look but can you say carpel tunnel?
