The newly installed engineered wood floor in my Mom’s house has blistering and waves in two rooms. The rest of her house looks fine. We used Franklin Titebond 771-step glue and the contractor also used an epoxy on the slab before installation. The drainage around the house was completely updated before the wood was installed. Some posts say the wood itself could be a problem or it is a moisture issue. Any insight would be appreciated.
