The floor has been curing for 5 days. i don't have any lap marks or normal issues with traffic just some stupid mistakes.

First issue i have is debris in the floor hair, small pieces of sheet rock.
-can i sand these flush?

Second issue i have is a few bubbles.
- can i just lightly sand those flush with the floor?

Last issue i have a spot where the traffic pooled it's about the size of a hockey puck.
- should i just leave it alone?

I ususally pick them out with my finger nail, then sand with 180, then coat.
The pooling finish, thats a bit more difficult. sometimes you need to get the scraper out and bring it down flush. its no fun really

I think i can live with the pool for now. if it bothers me i will sand it flat and re coat.
I was scratching some of the sheet rock dust out of the floor and pulled up a piece of the finish about half the size of a pencil eraser. Can i fill that small hole with super glue or another finish i can purchase in smaller quantities?

Do not fill it with super glue.
When I advised you to pick the stuff out, I guessed you had not final coated it yet

yeah unfortunately we created more problems during the final coat. Over all the floor looks great here are some pics in natural light as you can see the cherry still needs to darken.
