I also live and work in Florida and would not put LL in my garage!!!...
The milling is exactly as Perry describes it. ABout 5 years ago we installed about 40,000 feet of this a year.!..Nearly all our work was referral from LL...back when it was "husky hardwood"..Then it took a huge nosedive!.

The finish is high gloss so the defects in the finish can be seen from the driveway, overwood is crazy.

Every once in a while I'll have a builder or referal buy this stuff and after its bought ask us to install, sometimes we do if its a good customer. I recently installed some 3/8" tigerwood (pictures on the photo page) and it went together alright. the milling was okay and not much overwood, but the gloss level and iffy finish just dont work for me.
