Not sure how far from Austin you are but if I were you I'd stay away from brokerage firms that farm out their inspections and have inspectors bid on them, lowest bidder ya know how that ends up.

If the jobsite is close to Austin, I would also suggest you call Perry Wright.
It is time for an independent appraisal of this situation and having an advocate to aid you in this situation is wise.

I'll throw in another thought. Stain (and wipe dry fast) the areas so the underlying core is the same color?

Good thought Ken.
The flash of the photo is reflecting off the tongues. Coloring them would stop that reflection.
Soil would collect in those gaps and darken over time as well. :lol:

Looks like they got a little careless or were not using blue tape to hold it all together as it cured.

Nothing a little Elmer's, PL, Minwax, Woodwise, or Timbermate, collor matching filler and a stain pen won't fix.

Don't ever install Bellawood without it!
