I have the Pro-Team Super Coach for a back pack vac. It's good. For a canister hooked up to my buffers and edgers, I use a Clarke Cav-12.

We are currently evaluating two HILTI vacuum systems. The filter system is self cleaning on these units and pulling power is more than adequate. We are using one on our concrete grinding equipment, the other one we modified to handle a big sander and edger at same time.
They are fine for both applications, and we may bring in a few more. Relatively in-expensive too, at $900.00 CAD.

Of course, late at night I dream about Clarke's trailer mounted gas driven equipment.
