Is that net fit or do you have a small soft joint for expansion?

The mosaic was created in shop, installed on site via glue down, leaving 1/8" reveal b/t inlay & flooring. It was then allowed to acclimate a few days, then grouted with and epoxy system that fastens it directly to the flooring. I've begun making them with a solid wood border so the epoxy does not contact the flooring when I grout them on site, thus allowing for a slight expansion joint.
