I had hardwood floors installed in my kitchen and hallway. they started coming up in spots. it was installed over this black paper over slab. I had someone come and look at it and he removed some wood along the wall as he thought the wood was in too tight. it worked for a few days and now it is coming up in one spot. I would like to know how to glue it down without ruining the floor. I spent 5k on this kitchen and hate to think of redoing the whole thing. I am a nurse and yesterday I took a draw needle and injected gorilla glue into a small spot where I could get the needle in without damaging the floor. it helped a little. I know there is a solution to this I just don't know. I have called several floor installers and they don't want to be bothered. lowes wanted to rip the whole thing out. I am nervous about that. I just spent 10k renovating my whole kitchen. can anyone help me?

Your installer should remedy the problem. Usually installations are warranted for a year. If you can not get satisfaction you can call your state department of consumer affairs. Small claims court would be a last resort.

You need to be more specific, you don't install wood over concrete with just "black paper". Which could be roofing felt and if it is thats not a sufficient vapor retarder.

not sure what the paper is. I found out from lowes the paper is not necessary should have been glued to slab. it is not glued properly anyway. so I am trying to have the spots coming up glued or else I have to rip it up and reinstall a new floor.
