For a WATERBASED floor finish, there is nothing better than Bona Traffic. For professional use only. Many good brands of OIL-BASED polyurethane, sometimes refered to as oil-modified urethane (OMU). There is Woodline, Lenmar, Duraseal, Fabulon, and even Minwax Polyurethane that you can buy at your hardware store is a good poly. You can also use a tung oil floor finish like Waterlox which looks great and is easy to apply but will require a little more frequent recoats to maintain appearences. The best way to choose is to see what your professional finisher likes to use and get some samples of those products.
