I have a project where I received what I believe to be a high bid. This is a new market for me and I would like to do my due diligence to see if my suspicions are valid or not.

The job is in the greater Miami area.

$28/ft for labor and materials. 4k total square feet. 2600 nail down and 1400 glue down.

Nail down - Pre-finished Select White Oak 5" wide X 5/8" RL 2' to 10'. Slab prep, Sub floor is CDX ply with moisture barrier. No demo or haul away.

Glue down - Unfinished Select White Oak 5" x 30" Herringbone pattern w/ same sub floor and moisture barrier as above. Slab prep and one coat of stain and sealer each. 2 coats of finish.
