Hello!
I'm in a search for the tutorial of how to get my oak floor the same finish as on the photo added = I like the very dark lines + brown-gray/little white look.
The second option we have in mind is the slightly more smooth gray-white look.
Any ideas about the products and techniques to use for both options?
Experts in this!!?? I am all ears!!
Thank You!

What I see is quarter sawn oak with mineral streaks. The dark streaks are from minerals deposited while the tree is growing and are graded out of the top quality flooring. The lighter spots are because the "flakes", or rays of quarter sawn flooring do not accept the stain and remain lighter than the plain sawn part of the flooring. You will need to order quarter sawn number 1 plank to get this coloring after the stain and finish has been applied.
