Hello All,

I will soon be installing ~800 sq ft of prefinished Bruce 3-1/4” solid hardwood (from Lowe’s).
This will be in my entry, living, kitchen & dining rooms. Is there any way to seal the joints to better protect the floor from spills?

Thank you

Don't bother for several reasons. It's a solid hardwood so it will expand and contract with the seasons. Gaps will occur but you probably won't notice due to the bevels. Adding additional coats will void any finish warranty you may have as well.
