Im trying to install 3/4 red oak floors in my living room to match the rest of the house. But I have this curved floor. Just wondering if I can instal 3/4 hardwood in my situation. I’m not sure how to do this rounded trim around the railing. I need some sort of edge band to cover the floor and subfloor. Abot 3-4" height.

You will need something that will bend tight against the subfloor. Quarter inch plywood may be able to do it. You could get a sheet of red oak plywood and rip it to the width on a table saw or use a skilsaw/circular saw. You can build up to the right thickness to be even with the panelling or go one more thickness. Tarpaper can help to get the exact thickness that you want using it as necessary.
If the plywood does not conform to the bend you can kerf the back of the rip on the final layer using short pieces nailed/glued as shims for the final piece to get flush to the panelling. To finish off the new plywood a curved nosing, which is a lot of work, or a flat piece of narrow thin oak at the top of the patch/shimmed strip can be used for the flooring to die against. Use a belt sander to help in getting the exact curve along with a reciprocating saw.
