 Post subject: OH NO...its pine stairs when I took out the carpet!!

What is the best way to install hardwood on steps that are pine....making it look natural (do not want to piece together) Please help!!!

just sand and refinish them, no need to replace just because they are pine. UNLESS you want to then like kls said solid tread maybe pine risers
