Hey guys , I bought a house and it had carpet over the wood floors. They also painted on kilz over the hardwood floors. I’m looking to refinish them eventually. I rented a U sander and it absolutely took forever. Of course the u sander isn’t like a drum sander so it doesn’t get the low spots. I grabbed some 747 adhesive remover and tried a small Spot and it works pretty well with my orbital sander. Will this adhesive remover cause my issues when I go to refinish the hardwood ?

Adhesive removers have solvents to dissolve the adhesive. The solvents will evaporate if you give them some time. I would say at least a day.
