Hello,

I am looking for some advice/guidance. I just recently purchased a home and want to refinish the hardwood floors. I am not crazy enough to refinish the floors myself, so I have someone coming in to do this. However, when removing the carpet I have found some scary things. In various spots in my living room there are 'cutouts' where it appears that someone has removed a 12" x 12" section of flooring, for whatever reason, and didn't replace it properly. I would like to replace this and try to hide the patch-look. I found a loose board and when I looked on the bottom it says 'Bruce 13'. I'm assuming this is the type of wood it is? Where is the best place to purchase replacement boards?

Thanks in advance,
Melissa
