I'm finishing red oak stair treads and risers. I've just installed pre-finished flooring. I've used Minwax in the past for cabinets but the majority of reviews are thumbs down for flooring. Can anybody comment on Last N LAst oil based poly for floors?

LNL is great product in oil based or waterbased.they are most know for their poly Last N Last

Most use their newer product ABSCO..but the Last n Last is gold..it just doesn't have good shelf life after open.

it will harden in the can/drum quickly

Thank you for the feedback. I'll apply it as fast as I can. Can you give me an idea of how long it will remain useable once the can is opened?

Last N Last tech support said that once opened the product will remain useable for 3 or 4 years if the can is resealed very well. If not resealed well it will be ng in 2 or 3 days
