Hi everyone,

I have applied Lenmar in the past with a 1/4'' mohair roller. It came out okay. I'm flipping a house and it has a big dining room and living room area that are connected. Around 750 square feet. Its original oak flooring from 1963. Its been sanded really well and smooth, and I am ready for poly. I was wondering what would be the best way to apply the Lenmar to this floor? I was thinking about trying a T-bar or synthetic applicator pad? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

A T-bar with a small pad type applicator to cut in would be a great choice. Keep track of what you use in the first 100 square feet so you actually use the product with the recommended spread rate. See how many cups of finish you use and compare to what should be used with your application technique.
