Hi all! I have what looks like filler or puddy between all the joints going both ways. Bona Traffic on austrialian euculiptus (spoted gum) installed in about a 50% humity area.floooring aclimateed in warm house for 3 monthes and previiously stored in dehumitified garage. Warmboard product was checked for mosture and declared fine. No vapor barier according to warmboard specs.
Problem is a light tan or beige looking line at all joint 2 3/4 side and lengthwise. Installer claims problem is due to oils in exotic hardwood and installtion on radient hydronic surface, and they did not use extreme filller on floor and knows not what it is. Bona rep was supposed to come by but won't or hasn't.
should i refinish with bona or mabe look into a danish oil? What are the lines from?
All imput is appreciated!

Is this a beveled edge product? Flat edges?
Need more information about the product and better description of the lines..

the lines are beige in color maybe a 32nd of an inch or more likely a 64th and form a distinct color difference.

Sounds like finish stretch(waterbased) from the floor shrinking.

Good thought Perry, Is he describing a True Color Difference?. Stretch turns the finish whitish........... or does it?

A picture is worth a thousand words.
