So Ray, is this or is this not a quest report? Looks exactly like an L/N report form. Must be I guess.

That is a Quest Inspect. Ask the original poster.

I'm ashamed someone tried to defend that incomplete report.
The OP did admit to editing it, from the copy and paste and it was still defended.
