Hey Jab,
Nice work! I've never seen such a large feature strip, 3 rows is big. THe maple you used appears to be a #2 grade, yes? American Cherry or B. Cherry? And I see that when racking the field, you are butting to both sides of the border first and filling in the middle. Do you rout a groove or just cut the tongue off?

Yes Gary, Thats just how I roll!
NO but really, my boarders tend to be oversized, when Im making cuts in the middle and routing the female ends I like to get the real effect of the boarder, so one board just doesnt cut it for me, I went with 3 rows of clear american cherry with 2 rows of the main wood on each side of the boarder, the main wood is number 1 2.25" maple, though there was alot of browns?

jAMAL, nice work. I noticed you dont have a handle on your stapler, I have seen a few other guys do this but it seemed like it would be murder on the ol knees. What's your reason for ditching the handle?
