 Post subject: Moisture barrier film - do we need it?

We are laying 5/16 BR-111 engineered flooring. We purchased some foam underlayment that says it is 2-in-1, it includes a vapor barrier.

Our question is, since we are floating the floors, it it better to also use the moisture barrier film? We are laying it over both concrete and plywood (5/8")
