Do you need to moisture testing on a concrete floor if you are planning to use engineered flooring?[size=18][/size][size=12][/size]

Yes, all slabs need to be checked before you install any kind hardwood, even a floater.

I just went through the process, if you mean direct glue down, I would do calcium chloride test, ph test and the basic water soak test. My slab had a curing compound that was not visible to the eye, but water just sat there.

If you mean engineered wood floating you have less to worry about.

Either way, you need a flat subfloor,
