Hi,
We have engineered hardwood on the first floor. Just moved in October 2014 and noticed many chips along the boards. The manufacturer is columbia flooring offered by the builder. The floor was glued to the subfloor and on the landing of the second floor as well. Some of the planks are lifting up and noticeable unevenness between the boards. The flooring company is calling the parent company Mohawk to come out and inspect the problem. I would like advice as to what the potential problems could be. We do not wear shoes in the house, no dogs or cats either.

Thank you.
