Anyway...I look forward to sharing and learning.

Thanks,

Been doing this since I was a kid....43 now....broke through the high-end barrier about 2 years ago....average new floor cost about 25k. 3 employees.
Started manufacturing end grain flooring tiles about a year ago.

Welcome ditch! I know we've talked before. Always nice to have more experts around--we could use all the help we can get. I hope you'll help out with consumer questions too?

Manufacturing end grain flooring? I'd love to hear more about that. Incidentally there's a page all by itself and others waiting for your name on it. Maybe I haven't mentioned it in awhile but the details can be seen at the link below.

Hi Ken!

Yes, we have talked a few times by phone...I'm shocked at what you've built here...I remember the site from about 3 years ago or so and wow!!

Anyway...the end grain floors are exciting. We're doing some really different things with endgrain tiles from a design standpoint.

From an enviromental standpoint we are using primarily yard trees, timber that would in all likelyhood end up in somebody's fireplace. Even pallet companies won't buy yard trees as they often contain hardware.

Thanks for the welcome and congrats on a job very well done....
