 Post subject: Ray Flecks - dumb question.

This is a stupid question. Are the "ray flecks" the white streaks in the top photo, or the brown streaks in the bottom photo, or both?

Its hard to see in the photos, but the streaks really glow when the sun is shining on them. I cant wait to get the second coat of poly on.
