What is the range for pricing a recoating job. I have the equipment and don't need to rent anything. Plan on using the maroon stripping pad. Small job, about 17 X17. He may actually need a refinishing though. Looking at the floor the finish is missing along some of grain lines and bare wood is exposed.

The minimum I've heard and charge myself is $1.00 per sq. ft.
