Ran into some Hartco acrylic impregnated oak flooring which has been down around 15 years. They have been applying the Hartco shine plus about once a year. It has developed a high sheen which they do not like. It also shows the nunmerous scratches that have occurred over the years by a large family. They would like to return it to the original low sheen that it had when new. Any suggestions would be welcome. Keith

Hmmmm, I wonder if buffing the floor out with a #000 steel wool pad might knock the shine down. Think I would try it in a closet before zooming across the room with the buffer though, lol.
