I have added on to my kitchen and currently have glued down 3/8 engineered hardwood. Terrible stuff in the kitchen, but I digress... I am wanting to remove it and put porcelain tile in the entire area....is there any good way to remove the engineered flooring? I have seen a guy use liquid nitrogen to freeze a spray-on bedliner then hit it with a hammer and it just shatters. Wonder if that would make the glue break up and release easily. Any help is needed....

It may be a lot easier and faster to remove the flooring and subfloor in one tear out. I doubt your going to be able to save the wood subfloor

You can try though. Cut the flooring up into the smallest squares and start trying to cut the glue with a chisel. Piano wire??

The best way to pull up Glued Down wood is to hire somebody else to do it. They have the tools and experience.
