 Post subject: Repair of "loose spots" in glued down floor

Any information on the process to correct this problem please! Will be refinishing the floor that is about 7 years old and has experienced some damage, no warping, from water due to roof damage and high humidity during Katrina. We are planning to follow full refinishing schedule, drum sand etc.
