I have just installed and finished 2000 sq ft of Red Oak. It was stained with DuraSeal Special Walnut followed by 2 coats of Oil Poly. I think it looks great. My question is, I have made a few small scratches in the floor from moving the refrigerator and dish washer across the floor. Not many but a few that have scratched the surface enough to get to bare wood. Can the scratches be repaired by spot sanding followed by staining again or would it be better just to apply some stain to the scratches. This will color the bare wood but still show the scratches if you look close.

Thank You
