I have a kitchen floor that is 5 years old and is red oak there is a traffic patteren in front of the refridgerator that is sortof brown in color the rest of floor is stained like a cherry color and is in good shape what will happn if i just re coat or do i have to do some kind of fix to this area? :?:

If its getting dark its probally already down to the bear wood. If it is a resand and refinish is in order.
