hellow,need some advice,some one called me about sanding&finishing jop.
they said it was a softwood,i know its not pine. he said the floor was flat
any advice on were to start .how would you handle jop!

conditioner ?
softgrain ?

Just sand the floors as you would any other. The only real difference might be in the final edging. Sometimes with softer woods it is a bit tricky getting the edger marks out. I would rather sand a soft wood than a super hard wood any day.
