I HAD A LOCAL CONTRACTOR DO MY FLOORS/STEPS , BUT COULD NOT DO MY RISERS THAT HAS PAER AND GLUE ON IT, HOW DO I REMOVE IT AND REFINSIH MY STEPS LIKE THE REST OF THE HOUSE FLOORS?
