I am going to install Armstrong Kingsford strip over a wood subfloor. I was planning on ordering the Bynford stapler on Amazon ($79), but it is no longer available. I have searched the web and can't find one.

Can you point me to a suitable affordable replacement? Must be under $150. It will only be used one time. My local equipment rental does not have a stapler/nailer for 5/16" floor.
