Wondering if anyone has seen a floor done in Rubio monocoat, and how would you compare the finish to oil based poly,,, I know the Rubio finish is very flat, but the fact that it is repairable is very intriguing ....

The ones I see and samples from places like WD Flooring look matte, low glosss which I like. You can also go to places like Prosource and see them as they are becoming very popular in a prefinished medium. My Prosource probably has several manufacturers that present prefinished hard wax oil floors.

Hard wax oils are not a build up finish like the others.
