The paws are walnut inlayed in hand scraped and stained 5" birch.

When the home owner was asked how she wanted this bear to walk in to the powder room she said "Make sure to understand that this is a 'boy' bear!" After a good chuckle we got to worK.

Normally we install the prints then sand them flat to the floor during that part of the job ... but decided on a 3D effect since this was a hand scraped floor. She Loved it!
